56-year-old David Reed of North Cherry in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County major traffic warrant.
21-year-old Brooklyn Ruegar of Effingham was arrested in Effingham County and transported to the Marion County Jail on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear in court warrant.
