Salem Township Hospital has announced the fall day for the purchase of low-cost blood test vouchers.
The vouchers will be available on Thursday, November 7th, from seven am to five pm. Those who want to purchase vouchers should drive through under the front canopy of the main entrance to the hospital.
The cost is the same as in the past. $40 for Executive Profile and $25 apiece for PSA and Hemoglobin A1c.
The vouchers can be used from six am to 6:30 pm seven days a week in the hospital lab. There is no expiration date.
The low-cost vouchers are available only on November 7th.
