Christ Our Rock finished 4th out of 17 cross country teams at the Wesclin Invitational. Carson Pigg broke the 17 minute mark finishing 8th. Wyatt Gregory also had his best race of the season finishing 20th out of the 116 man field. Zerek Koch was 23rd, Isaiah Lyons 40th and Cameron Jones set a PR finishing 47th. Rylee Brammeier was 3rd out of 68 total runners on the girls side. Roxana won the event with 63 points followed by Breese Central, O’Fallon FBA and then the Stallions.
Woodlawn High School Sophomore Zelena Koch ran at The Trenton-Wesclin Invitational which will also be the site of her upcoming IHSA regional race in 3 weeks. She placed 25th in 23:26 and secured a medal out of the 70 member race field.
