The Salem Lady Wildcats fell to Breese Central at home last night by identical 25-10 scores to fall to 14-8 on the season. The Salem freshmen lost in 3 sets and the JV lost in two.

Class 2a #1 ranked and defending state champion Mater Dei moved to 18-1 on the season with their 25-23, 25-23 win over 3rd ranked Columbia dropping the Lady Eagles to 19-4. The Lady Knights are in action tonight opening up the Belleville East Tournament with a game against Champaign Central at 4:30 and Belleville West at 6:30.
