The City of Centralia issued $667,888 in building permits in September.
The largest of the 25 permits is a new home in the 1500 block of Ulman Road.
As has been the case all year, the bulk of new construction has been solar arrays. 11 permits for roof installations were approved in September totaling $430,485.
There were seven permits issued for fence projects.
Two permits were issued to demolish homes. They are located at 1824 Possum Lane and 709 East 6th.
