Eastern Illinois men’s golf opened the 2024 Arkansas State Bubba Barnett Invitational with a team score of 283, the 6th best single round team total in school history. EIU wrapped up the 54-hole event on Tuesday placing 14th. The event played at RidgePointe Country Club in Jonesboro, Arkansas was won by host Arkansas State. Christ Our Rock grad Parker Boehne and teammate Cole Jaworski opened with rounds of 68, becoming the 16th and 17th players in school history to shoot 68. Boehne finished tied for 40th with a total of 219 shooting 75 and 76 his final two rounds.
