The Centralia Orphans improved to 3-2 on the season as they knocked off South 7 foe Carbondale at Evers Field on a wet, windy Homecoming night 41-13.  Centralia would play a back and forth game in the opening 2 quarters with the Terriers with the game tied at 13 late in the 2nd quarter.  The Orphans would get a touchdown run from Keaton Morgan to lead 20-13 at halftime.

The 2nd half was all Orphans starting with a long 14-play drive capped off by a Michael Organ 4-yard TD reception from Archie Goewey.  Mike Brown, who had an amazing game, would score the next Orphans TD.  He finished with 40 carries for 284 yards and a touchdown.  Morgan scored twice.  Goewey finished 7-for-11 for 159 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Xavier Koch had 3 catches for 94 yards and 2 touchdowns.
