At least one person was taken to Salem Township Hospital for treatment following a two car crash at Curry and Tonti Roads north of Salem late Thursday night.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say a car driven by a 17-year-old Odin man hit the rear of a car driven by a 16-year-old Salem juvenile. The two vehicles were apparently traveling together.
Both drivers were treated on the scene while a passenger in the Odin juvenile’s car, a 15-year-old Salem boy, was transported to the hospital by United Medical Response.
The Salem Fire Protection District was also called to the scene but reported no entrapment.
The crash occurred around 10:30 Thursday night.
