The Franklin Park Bobcats roll into the post season as the top seed in their Class L regional. They are the hosts of the opening round game with Carlyle at 4:15. Salem is 14-5 on the season as they head into the new post season year and beat Carlyle 16-1 at home but that was way back on August 20th.
The other regional semifinal is at Wesclin as they host the Centralia Tigers. The winners will play on Thursday for a trip to state.
Also in Class L Region 8 play its Hamilton County hosting Johnston City followed by Benton and Casey Mount Vernon.
In Class S Region 6 play today, top seed Patoka/Odin will host Willow Grove/St Mary’s at 4:30. In other Region games, Selmaville hosts Hoffman Trinity at 4:30 at the Complex. Raccoon/Kell travel to take on the Citians in Central City and Altamont Lutheran will host Iuka.
