The Sandoval Public Library is hosting its First Annual Sidewalk Chalk Event this Saturday.
The theme of the event is ‘Children’s Literature’. Everyone will be assigned a pavement ‘canvas’ at the Sandoval Grade School parking lot. Age groups are four and younger, five to ten, 11 to 16, and 17 and older. It is free to enter.
Artists can begin their work on the sidewalk canvas at eight Saturday morning. Winners will be announced around three pm.
