In prep baseball, South Central will host Beecher City. The Cougars are coming off a 17-3, six-inning win over Wayne City on the road. Callaway Smith tripled and homered driving in 4 runs. Maddux Robb and Evan Hoover had 3 RBI each. Brody Markley doubled twice with 2 RBI. Colton Smith also added an RBI along with Hudson Moore, Zane Montes and Kaiden Herrell. Montes, Chase Guerrettaz and Trevan Sidwell combined for the win on the mound.

Christ Our Rock is 5-1 on the year with a 3-2 win over visiting Neoga. Evan Beal doubled and went 2-3 with 2 runs scored. Jayden Bazile was the complete game winner allowing 3 hits and 1 earned run with 8 strikeouts and no walks.
