One person injured in crash on Nation Road south of Salem

One person was injured in a single car crash on the Nation Road near the Sands Road intersection south of Salem Wednesday morning.

Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say a 17-year-old male juvenile from Centralia was traveling eastbound when he ran off the road and ended up on the south side of the road in several trees.    He was taken to Salem Township Hospital for treatment.

The crash occurred at 7:51 Wednesday morning.
