Most government offices closed Monday for Labor Day

Both Salem and Centralia City Hall will be closed and there will be no trash pickup on Monday. The Salem City Council meeting on Monday is being delayed until Tuesday.

Area courthouses along with most state and federal government offices will also celebrate the holiday.

Financial institutions are closed and there will be no home mail delivery.
