Salem Firemen were called out about midnight to a report of a ‘strange odor’ at an Air BnB near the Heyduck and Branch Road intersection near Centralia Lake.
Upon arrival, firemen quickly figured out what the strong odor was…a skunk. On further investigation, they were able to trace the smell to the two dogs in the home who had just returned from outside.
