A 57-year-old Mt. Vernon man has been arrested for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and aggravated assault after allegedly pointing a gun at a person while driving on Broadway in Mt. Vernon.
Mt. Vernon Police say the motorcycle driven by Bradley Kelly had been involved with a different vehicle in a prior road rage incident.
When Kelly was located and a traffic stop took place at South 10th and Main Street, the firearm was recovered.
Kelly was taken to the Jefferson County Jail. The incident was first recorded at 4:58 on Thursday afternoon.
