An Evansville, Indiana man has been sentenced to six years in prison for a residential burglary to a home on the 3400 block of Levy Road on Lake Centralia in May.
Shane Collins had charges of theft of a Pontoon Boat and burglary to a motor vehicle at the same home dropped as part of the plea agreement.
Collins will serve the time concurrently with prison time handed down on different cases in Indiana. He was also ordered to complete one year of mandatory supervised release when completing the prison time. Collins will also get credit for 101 days already served in the Marion County Jail.
