The Selmaville Rockets opened up their baseball season with a 15-0 win over Field at home. The Rockets scored 7 times in the 1st and 3rd innings to pull away.
Weston Crouse and Jacob Butts drove in Rockets runs as they only had 5 hits on the day. Tripp Garden tripled, Butts doubled and Porter Lewis also added a double and scored twice.
Garden, Rafe James and Drew Consolino combined on the no hitter as they struck out 10 and walked 1.
Selmaville will host Iuka on Thursday.
