Three people entered guilty pleas in Marion County Court Tuesday for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
41-year-old Alisha Ochs of North Main Street in Sandoval pleaded guilty to possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine on January 1st of this year. She was placed on two years probation and ordered to undergo drug, alcohol, and mental health counseling. A second count of possession of methamphetamine was dropped.
24-year-old Brynt Long of West 16th in Centralia pleaded guilty to possession of under five grams of methamphetamine in October of last year. Long was placed on two years probation and ordered to undergo drug, alcohol and mental health counseling.
35-year-old Christina Wynn of Hickory Ridge in Centralia was sentenced to two years probation after pleading guilty to possession of between 5 and 15 grams of methamphetamine following a March 27th arrest. Wynn was placed on two years probation, 30 hours of public service work, and ordered to make restitution on an unrelated February 6th incident where charges of aggravated battery and criminal damage to property for damaging an phone were dropped.
An 18-year-old Centralia woman has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge in return for aggravated battery to a police officer, another misdemeanor battery charge being dropped, and criminal damage to property. Damaneshia Edwards-Westbrook was sentenced to one-year conditional discharge, given credit for four days served in jail, fined $75 and ordered to pay a $200 reimbursement to the public defender.
