A 46-year-old Sandoval man has been charged in Marion County Court with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery following a July 27th incident.
Jason Yarbrough of North Vine is accused of intentionally impeding the normal breathing of a juvenile household member and jumping on top of him and trying to choke him. The domestic battery charge is a felony due to a prior conviction.
Yarbrough had the public defender appointed and was released on pre-trial conditions. He is due back in court on September 12th for a preliminary hearing.
