Centralia Police arrested 44-year-old Jarcus Croft of North Elm in Centralia for aggravated domestic battery, reckless conduct, aggravated reckless driving, driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on formal charges.
62-year-old Kenneth Powell of North College in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding Jefferson County no bond felony failure to appear in court warrant.
