The 12u Robinson Little League All Stars punched their ticket to the State Final Four in Sterling after their win over Western Springs yesterday. The #2 seed after pool play, Robinson will advance to tonight’s State Semifinal against Elmhurst after the 6-seed upset #3 Streator in their quarterfinal.
The Robinson 11u’s run at the Little League State Baseball Tournament at Keystone Park in River Forest is over. After advancing through pool play and into the Final Four, Robinson lost to LaGrange Park 11-0. LaGrange advances to tonight’s 7pm final against Naperville who eliminated River Forest 4-1.
