A 25-year-old Centralia man has been charged in Marion County Court with robbery after allegedly taking a bicycle from another man.
Michael Foutch of North Walnut is accused of taking the bike early Friday morning after striking the cyclist in the head.
The public defender was appointed to represent Foutch. Probable cause was found to proceed to a preliminary hearing on July 30th. Foutch was released on pretrial conditions.
