Two Centralia residents received minor injuries when the car they were riding on Route 37 struck a deer near the Crowley Road intersection in rural Kell.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say 53-year-old Marlene Simpson of Pine Street was driving the car at the time of the crash. 28-year-old Candice Presley of Brookside Avenue was a passenger.
No other details are available on how the crash occurred.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department received the call at 10:40 Saturday morning.
