A 50-year-old Odin man was arrested Monday by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department on a probation violation. He’s being held in the Marion County Jail without bond pending a court appearance.
39-year-old Christine Cummins of Patterson Street in Central City was arrested by Central City Police on a no bond Marion County DUI warrant. She was also taken to the Marion County Jail.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of a gun taken from a parked vehicle on Bowen Road east of US 51 in Patoka. The Ruger .380 has not been located.
