Salem Police have arrested 19-year-old Kelsey Carter of Chickasha, Oklahoma for domestic battery and resisting arrest. Police report they were called to a home in the 300 block of South Franklin Street where Carter and another woman had gotten into a physical disagreement. The resisting charge was added after Carter allegedly became combative with officers.
38-year-old Terry Metz of North Cross in Ina was arrested by Centralia Police for felony possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Marion County Jail pending a final decision on charges.
Sandoval Police arrested 63-year-old Dennis Pannell of South Mulberry in Sandoval on a no bond major traffic warrant for driving on a revoked license.
