Three people were brought to the Marion County Jail on Friday on outstanding no-bond Marion County warrants. They are 31-year-old David Funte of Charleston, 33-year-old Kristy Gallatin of College Street in Centralia, and 31-year-old Keenan Ruckman who told Centralia Police he was homeless.
