The Class 1a Sectionals open up today in prep baseball. Lions Field in Kinmundy will host a pair of games that have had their starting times moved up due to the forecasted weather later. At 2:30, the host SC Cougars will take on fellow NTC foe Windsor/Stew-Stras. The Hatchets are coached by former Cougar standout Brett Harmeier.
The 2nd game of the night will also have a NTC team with Altamont taking on Okaw Valley at 5pm.
