It’s Regional Championship Saturday for IHSA Class 1a/2a. The South Central Cougars will take on the host Lions at Edwards County at 11am this morning.
The Christ Our Rock Stallions will play for their regional title against the hosts at Marissa. They will begin at 1pm.
In other title games Carrollton hosts Father McGivney, North Clay hosts Altamont.
In 2a title games, it’s an all Cahokia battle at Columbia when the conference champion Eagles host Breese Central, the Eagles beat Breese in 2 tight games already this season.
Roxana also represents the conference today when they take on Althoff at Carlyle.
Also, St Anthony and Newton play at Marshall, Mt Carmel hosts Fairfield, Nashville hosts Red Bud and TTown hosts Flora.
