A 36-year-old homeless Centralia man has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor criminal trespass to residence charge to get burglary and theft charges dismissed.
Michael Lutz was sentenced on Friday to 180 days in the Marion County Jail with credit for good time.
All three charges were related to a building being entered in the 1,000 block of Hester Street in Centralia in September of last year. Lutz was extended term eligible on the burglary charge due to a prior Clinton County felony conviction. The theft charge was a felony due to a prior Clinton County burglary and a Marion County felony conviction.
