Lady Cats Win 23rd Game Of Season With Shutout Of Mattoon

In regular season play, Salem moved to 23-7 with their 7-0 win at Mattoon.  Bre Thurman struck out 8 in the win.  Olivia Paulson drove in 3 runs and hit a 2 run homer, her 10th of the season.  Marah Johnson went 3-4 with an RBI.  Thurman added 2 hits and Izzy Decker drove in a run along with Mya Russell.  Salem will close out the regular season today on the road at Charleston.
