The 1a/2a baseball regional play continues today with semifinal action. The SC Cougars will travel to Edwards County to take on Cisne with a 6:30 first pitch. They will follow the first game between the host Lions and Red Hill.
The Christ Our Rock Stallions also open up regional play at Marissa when they take on Okawville starting at 4:30.
Also today at Louisville, Altamont takes on Dieterich. Waltonville plays NCOE at Crab Orchard and Gibault hosts New Athens.
In 2a regional semifinal play, Mater Dei and Roxana play at Carlyle, Columbia hosts Staunton, Hillsboro at Gillespie, Harrisburg hosts Johnston City, St Anthony takes on the hosts at Marshall, Mt Carmel welcomes Hamilton County, Nashville at home against Chester, DuQuoin and Benton play at Zeigler. TTown will host a pair of games today with the host Shoes and Cumberland playing at 4 followed at 7 by Robinson and Flora.
