A 40-year-old Centralia man just released last Tuesday on cashless bond on multiple charges was arrested on multiple new charges early Sunday morning.

Kyle Roe of Bond Street refused to come to his first appearance in Marion County Court on Monday afternoon on three new charges of aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and criminal trespass to land.

Roe had just been arrested the prior weekend on two other counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.  A petition to revoke his pre-trial release on those charges was set for hearing in court on Tuesday.

Both of the arrests took place under similar circumstances in the 1300 block of South Maple where he was creating a disturbance prior to being taken into custody.

Centralia Police say when being approached early Sunday morning, Roe allegedly told the officers he would punch them and put them to sleep.  He added he would not be going back to jail.  When additional officers arrived, he allegedly kicked at least two officers in the leg multiple times.  Roe was then taken to the Marion County Jail where he allegedly refused to cooperate.

Roe allegedly took an officer to the ground and broke his glasses during his first arrest on May 4th.
