Florence J. Marlow, 96, of Centralia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Centralia Manor. She was born on August 19, 1928, the daughter of Raymond and Naomi (Dugan) Heap in Centralia. She married Norman G. Marlow on December 21, 1946, and he preceded her in death on December 15, 2005.

Survivors include her beloved family, her children, Rebecca “Becky” (Marlow) Weaver and husband Roger, Marilyn (Marlow) Kincaid and husband Terry, Phil Marlow, and Stephen “Steve” Marlow and wife Pam (Carruthers); precious grandchildren, Reggie Weaver and wife Amy, Ryan Weaver fiancée Amy Knollhoff, Charles “Charlie” Lewis and wife Heather, Carissa (Lewis) Coffey and husband Justin, Adrianne (Marlow) Ford and husband Don, Stevie Marlow, and Brevan Marlow and wife Kelly, cherished great-grandchildren, Peyton (Weaver) and Jaden Zerby, Preston Weaver, Parker Weaver, Olivia Lewis, Audrey Lewis, Caleb Lewis, Alissia (Whitlock) and Caleb Carter, Kylie Whitlock, Kenzi Coffey, Taylor Ford, Mabry Ford, A.J. Ford, and Elijah Marlow, Quil, Beau, Dax Marlow; great-great-grandchildren, Blaire Carter, and Sophia Carter.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Naomi Heap; brother, Samuel Heap; and wife, Juanita; and sister, Ruth Ann (Heap) Fogleman.

Florence was a devout member of the Tri City Church of Christ in Central City and was grateful for the support of her church family. She was dedicated to giving her best while working for Warren G. Murray Center in Centralia as a clothing aide. Florence enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She gifted many people over the years with her beautiful afghans, doilies, and dish rags. Florence was a wonderful example of a life lived to love and serve others, and the radiant light she brought to the world will shine on through all her family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at noon Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia, with Gordon Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in rural Sandoval. Friends and relatives are welcome to a visitation to offer support and words of comfort to Florence’s family from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home in Centralia.
