Salem Police arrested two people on outstanding Clay County warrants on Tuesday.
32-year-old Kyle Lewis of Campbell Street in Flora was arrested on a contempt of court warrant issued in a felony case. He was stopped while walking on East Main Street near the railroad overpass.
35-year-old Brittany Hester of East Oglesby in Salem was arrested on a Clay County felony warrant when located near her residence.
Both were later transported to the Clay County Jail at Louisville to await further court action.
