Two Salem men were injured in a head on crash on State Route 161 east of Centralia Sunday morning.
Preliminary information from State Police indicates a Ford Ranger driven by 22-year-old Lucas Hoffee of Salem was traveling eastbound when he crossed the center line and struck a westbound car driven by 45-year-old Jon Williams of Salem.
Both were transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries.
Hoffee was ticketed for improper lane usage.
The crash occurred around six Sunday morning.
