The Odin/Patoka Lady Eagles finished 2nd out of 10 teams over the weekend in the Fairfield Tournament. OPS beat Grayville in their opening game 5-2. Hailey Lane, Madie Garrett and Amiya Ray all had a hit and Lane was the winning pitcher.
In the semifinal, the Eagles beat Woodlawn 5-2. Lane had 3 hits and also won that game in the circle. Gwen Belcher and Kenzi Wilkerson each had 2 hits and Harley Harper added a single.
In the title game OPS lost 13-0 to Carmi. Lane and Brooklynn Hill each had a hit. They will return to action tomorrow at CHBC.
