Richard A. Davis, age 73 of Farina, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Richard was born on December 27, 1951, in Paragould, Arkansas, the son of Ray and Laura Mae (Powell) Davis. He married Zelda Reagan in 1975 and she survives in Farina.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Richard “Dickie my boy” Ashley Davis and wife Alicia of Farina; five grandchildren, Avery Davis, Ashtin Davis, Silas Davis, Seth Reid, and Daisy Barradas; great-granddaughter, Addison; and three sisters, RaeJean and husband John Dodd, Nadine West, and Kathy Emfinger.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Richard was an over-the-road truck driver for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, and being with his family. Richard served his country in the United States Navy during Vietnam.
