Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested 55-year-old Bradley Skibinski of West 8th Street in Junction City for alleged aggravated domestic battery. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on the charges.
24-year-old Alexis Louvier-Gibson of North Hickory in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on an Illinois Department of Corrections.
25-year-old Jenna Phillips of North Hickory in Centralia was arrested on a no-bond Marion County failure to appear in court warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Salem Police say Phillips was a passenger in a vehicle where the driver was the subject of a well-being check because he was hanging out of a vehicle in the 300 block of East Bryan around 7:15 Wednesday night.
