Community Title cut the ribbon on its new facility during a ribbon cutting during the past week.
Community Title is located at 201 East Third with four employees, including the Branch Manager and closer Erica Trone.
Trone says Community Title will offer a small-town, personalized feel to their business while utilizing the latest, most efficient technology and practices when assisting clients. The company assists with real estate closings, including the purchasing, selling, refinancing, developing, building and investing in properties.
The Centralia office started taking business at the end of 2023. Community Title also has offices in Carlyle, Breese, Greenville, Alton, Litchfield, Shiloh and Staunton. It is the largest independently owned title company in Southern Illinois, assisting over 20 counties in Illinois and Missouri.
