The Chaney-Karch Insurance Agency of Centralia and Salem has announced they have purchased the Hudson-Gray Insurance agency on East Third Street in Centralia effective today.
Owner Todd Dobbs says Hudson-Gray employees Tom Gray, Lisa Hood and Deb Zelasko will be joining the Chaney-Karch office in Centralia.
“We are extremely excited and everybody here is excited to bring over the new employees. They have a wealth of knowledge. And Tom has been in the business probably 50-60 years so we are really looking forward to him coming in and helping us out with knowledge. With the additional company, its going to give us a great opportunity to help our currently insured and always wanting to help others as well.”
The three additional employees will join the ten already at Chaney-Karch. The agency specializes in a full line of business, personal, life and health insurance.
The Hudson-Gray Insurance Company dates back more than 50 years and the Chaney-Karch Agency dates it’s start back to 1939 as the Friedrich Agency.
