The NestoHoops Illinois prep basketball rankings are out following the holiday tournament madness. Collinsville is 3rd in 4a with an unblemished 16-0 record.
In 3a, Centralia and Mt Zion are 5 and 6 as they have combined to go 31-0 to start the season. East St Louis is 10 at 8-5 and Mount Vernon is 24th.
After winning the Mater Dei Tournament, Breese Central is 14-2 and are #2 in the Class 2a poll. Althoff is 10-5 and 12th, Lawrenceville, TTown and Pinckneyville are all bunched up at 15-16-17.
In Class 1a, St Anthony is 12-4 and 2nd in the poll, Waltonville is 17th at 11-1 and Altamont comes in at 21st.
