An 18-year-old Sandoval man was arrested at his home without incident Tuesday morning after earlier getting away following a foot chase with a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy.
The deputy had been called to a report of criminal damage to property for a window being broken out of a car. When the deputy approached Anton Berkel of North Wall Street allegedly ran.
Sandoval Police went to Berkel’s home later and arrested him without incident.
