Centralia City Firemen were called to the Heather Pierce home at 134 North Sycamore Street early Friday morning when a small electrical fire broke out where a dishwasher was formerly located.
The fire had already been put out by the occupants before the fire department arrived. Firemen checked to make sure the fire was completely out and cleared the home of smoke.
The fire call came in at two Friday morning, with firemen on the scene for about a half-hour.
