A 20-year-old Mt. Erie woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to unlawful delivery of under five grams of methamphetamine.
Violet Fox is one of nine who has been arrested in a crackdown on meth delivery in the Salem area by the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force.
Fox was placed on two years probation, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and any recommended treatment, as well as pay a $200 fee to the public defender, make a $100 contribution to the drug task force, and pay a $600 probationary fee.
Fox admitted to delivering the meth to a confidential source of the drug task force in May of this year.
