Yesterday several area athletes signed their national Letters of Intent to play sports at the collegiate level. Salem’s Jairen Stroud signed to play golf at Southern Indiana.
Centralia senior Kalei Edson signed to play volleyball at Auburn University.
Mater Dei senior and Odin native Audrey Clark will play softball at Western Illinois University.
Altamont basketball standout Grace Nelson signed to play at Illinois State.
