A 29-year-old Salem man has been sentenced to eight years in prison for his role in the May armed robbery of the Circle K Convenience Store on West Main Street in Salem.
Brandon Kehn of North Trenary in Salem was accused of taking an undisclosed amount of money after displaying a knife to a clerk.
As part of the plea, Kehn was also ordered to complete six months of mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison and was given credit for 175 days already served in the Marion County Jail.
A second person has already pleaded guilty in connection with the armed robbery. 27-year-old Cheyenne Logue, also of North Trenary Street, was placed on four years probation and given credit for 216 days already served in the Marion County Jail. Police say Logue provided transportation to and from the store.
