OBC Teams Tune Up For Next Week’s Tournament….New Horizon & Woodlawn Stay Hot

In regular season action, Odin/Patoka fell to Bluford 31-27.  Autumn Moore led Odin/Patoka with 10 and Aubri Landreth added 5.  The Eagles are 7-5 as they open up the OBC Tournament on Monday against Raccoon.

Iuka beat Sandoval 63-27.  Katee Sellers led the Lady Pirates with 20, Kinnley Eagan finished with 15 and Kenley Cripps added 12.  Natalie Lanter led Sandoval with 12 and Jamirah Horton finished with 11.

Selmaville got 14 from Shelby Johnson and 11 more from Talya Gowler in their 47-10 win over Raccoon.  The JV Lady Rockets also won 23-12 with Kenna Benjamin scoring 10.

The OBC Tournament will start at Field on Monday with Selmaville and Central City with the winner playing Tuesday against top-seed Iuka.  Odin/Patoka play at Field at 7:15 against Raccoon on Monday with that winner getting Field on Tuesday at 7:15.

New Horizon beat Opdyke Belle-Rive last night 53-18 in their home opener.  The Lady Crusaders are 7-1 on the season.  Annalyn Bass had 20 points and 18 rebounds and Liv Torrence added 21 points and 10 rebounds.  New Horizon will play at the Summersville Shootout Thursday when they take on Goreville.

Woodlawn knocked off South Central 40-17.  The Woodlawn JV was also winners 30-13.
