The City of Centralia issued 25 building permits valued at $265,130 during the month of October.
The largest permit was for a $50,000 building addition to Good Vibes Cafe at 806 South Poplar owned by Kelly Fox. A 15 by 30-foot addition is planned. A separate permit was issued to replace a fence at the same location.
A permit was issued to Gary Clark to locate a mobile home in the 1300 block of South Hickory.
Four permits were issued to install solar arrays at homes in the 500 block of Oakdale, 500 block of South Pine, on Blackberry Run, and the 600 block of Sable Drive.
The rest of the permits were for fences, sheds, ramps, a pool, and carports in the 900 block of East Rexford and the 600 block of North Beech.
Building permit fees totaled $832.60.
A demolition permit was issued to tear down a garage in the 500 block of West Third.
