Judge Joshua Morrison ordered two men charged with domestic violence offenses in Marion County Court Wednesday to be held without bond until their next court appearance.

29-year-old Justen Holland of Hickory Meadows in Centralia was charged with aggravated domestic battery for allegedly causing great bodily harm by striking the alleged victim in the face causing a fracture. A second count of misdemeanor battery using the same information was also filed. A public defender was appointed to represent him.

29-year-old Nathan Felton of North Maple in Centralia was charged with felony domestic battery for allegedly striking the head of an alleged victim with his hand. The charge was a felony due to a prior domestic battery conviction.

A preliminary hearing for both men is set for November 21st. They are currently ordered to be held without bond in the Marion County Jail until then. However, appeals to the judge’s decision have been filed.

Both men were arrested in separate incidents by Centralia Police.
