A home just north of Salem has been heavily damaged by vandals.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department was called Wednesday to a home in the 2100 block of Cedar Avenue after the new owner discovered a large amount of damage. Both the front and rear door were broken, along with all the windows. There were also holes knocked in the drywall and ceiling.
The incident remains under investigation.
